- How do I make an account?
- Open Parhayi.com and tap Log in, then Create account. You can use Google, or type your email and a password. Choose whether you are a student, a teacher or a parent, then fill in your name, class and board. It takes less than a minute and it is free.
- Can I use Parhayi.com without an account?
- Yes, you can look at Chapter 1 of every subject without an account. To save your progress, take full tests and open more chapters, you need a free account.
- What is free and what is Premium?
- Chapter 1 of every subject is free for everyone. A free account opens about 35% of the chapters in every subject (Maths: half of the exercises) with Study Material, Activities, Tests and My Weak Areas. Premium opens every chapter of your class, the Resource Bank and Plan My Test Series.
- How much does Premium cost?
- Rs 3000 now, Rs 4000 from 15 Dec. Premium ends on one date for the class you choose, and after that date the account becomes free again.
- How do I pay for Premium?
- Send the money by Easypaisa or Raast to the account number shown on the payment page. Then type the Transaction ID, tick the Refund Policy box, tap Send for checking, and send your payment screenshot on WhatsApp. The Premium guide shows every step.
- How long does it take for Premium to open?
- We check each payment by hand. Premium opens within 12 hours of your WhatsApp message, and it opens by itself. You do not need to log in again.
- Which classes and boards are covered?
- Class 9 and Class 10 of the Federal Board (FBISE) are open now. Classes 11 and 12 are coming soon, and more boards will be added step by step.
- Which subjects are there?
- Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science, Maths, English (Compulsory), Urdu, Islamiyat, Tarjuma-tul-Quran and Pakistan Studies, depending on the class. Class 9 and Class 10 students study either Biology or Computer.
- Which books do you follow?
- The notes, the solved exercises and the questions follow the National Book Foundation (NBF) textbooks and the Student Learning Outcomes used by the Federal Board.
- Is there Urdu medium material?
- Yes. Urdu, Islamiyat and Tarjuma-tul-Quran are shown in Urdu from right to left. Pakistan Studies can be read in English or Urdu. The menus and buttons are in simple English.
- Can I use it on my phone?
- Yes. Parhayi.com is made phone first, with large buttons and pages that fit a small screen. You can add it to your home screen so that it opens like an app. You do not need to install anything from a store.
- Can I use one account on two devices?
- You can log in on more than one device, but only one device stays logged in at a time. If you log in on a second phone, the first phone is logged out.
- What is the Resource Bank?
- It is a very large bank of extra MCQs, short questions and long questions for every chapter. It is only for Premium students.
- What is Plan My Test Series?
- It is a planner that spreads chapter tests and mixed tests over the days before your exam, so that the whole syllabus is covered in good time. It is a Premium feature.
- Can I download PDFs?
- Chapter notes and solved exercises open in our PDF viewer. Free chapters can be opened by everyone with an account, and the Premium chapters can be opened by Premium students. The PDFs are for your own study. Please do not share them.
- How can teachers use Parhayi.com?
- Teachers can make a teacher account and use the Teacher Desk to build a board-style question paper with their own header and logo. Your first 2 papers are free. Teachers can also send students to the notes and tests.
- How can parents use Parhayi.com?
- Parents can make an account by choosing I am a Parent. Ask your child to open the Report Card each week and show you the days studied, the tests taken and the weakest chapters.
- Can I get a refund?
- Premium opens digital material at once, so there is no refund after you use the 3rd Premium service. You can ask for a refund if you paid twice for the same plan, or if Premium did not open within 3 working days. Refunds go only to the account that made the payment. - I found a mistake in a note or a question. What should I do?
- Please write to [email protected] with the page and a short description. We check every report and fix real mistakes.
- How do I contact you?
